Business Banking

Start-ups and many small businesses may act like consumers when it comes to financial matters.  At the other end of the scale, large businesses engage financial professionals to use a wide range of products, domestically and internationally, to maximise financial performance.

Projects include:

SME Finance Monitor

The Business Finance Taskforce has brought together leading banks and business groups in a Business Finance Round Table and selected BDRC Continental to conduct, and report on, an independent and authoritative study of SME finance and banking relationships.  The first report is now published -  SME Finance Monitor.

Business banking customer satisfaction

We conduct studies for a number of clients.  The largest, commissioned by HSBC, involves 2,200 telephone interviews each quarter and also tracks bank market share and investigation of drivers of brand choice & switching.
