Global Market Research - Paris Event

Paris Global Event

On May 25th 2012, Mark Long will be presenting 'Service Intensity, for Hearts and Heads' at the Paris Global event.  This paper will describe BDRC Continental’s proprietary approach to diagnosing the strengths and vulnerabilities inherent in any supplier-client relationship. Launched in 2011, this technique helps service organisations to understand the balance between ‘rational’, ‘emotional’ and ‘customer effort’ inputs in their customer exchanges, and tailor their servicing proposition accordingly.

For more information, watch the video of Mark outlining his paper, or contact Mark Long on 020 7400 1016.

The pair's paper explores the key concerns and inhibitors to using an online methodology, and how to counter them to deliver high-quality, cost-effective results.  They also compare online and offline results and discuss the need to establish a robust analysis procedure to take into account methodological differences.
